Hiam Demeuleneare is a Lebanese sculptor. Her travels around the world inspired her work. The geometrical forms depicted in primitive art influence her work (the willowy silhouettes of the Dogon’s statues, mixed with the influence of the great masters of modern art as Picasso and Giacometti) This sculpture is made with plaster and blue pure pigment. Her artistic approach is built on aesthetical and spiritual research. She glorifies elegant curves and natural feminine silhouettes and mixes these forms with sharp lines.
Hiam Demeuleneare’s artworks are all over the world in many private collections, including in France, Dubai, Lebanon, the Ivory Cost and USA.Read less
